Welcome to Dealmatee (“we”, “our”, “us”), a platform for buying and selling vehicles.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dealmatee mobile application
and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using Dealmatee, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Definitions
- Service: Dealmatee platform for buying and selling vehicles.
- User / You: Any individual or entity using the Service.
- Buyer: A user looking to purchase a vehicle.
- Seller: A user listing a vehicle for sale.
- Dealer: A business or individual selling multiple vehicles.
- Content: All data, images, listings, text, and materials on the platform.
- User-Generated Content: Vehicle listings, images, documents, and messages uploaded by
users.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws.
4. Account Registration & Security
4.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information while creating an account and keep it updated.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Sellers / Dealers
- Provide accurate and genuine vehicle details.
- Upload valid documents (RC, insurance, ownership proof).
- Do not post misleading or fake listings.
5.2 Buyers
- Verify vehicle details before purchase.
- Use the platform for genuine buying purposes only.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Posting fake, misleading, or illegal vehicle listings.
- Fraud, scams, or unauthorized transactions.
- Impersonating another person or business.
- Uploading harmful software or malicious content.
- Misusing user data or violating privacy.
7. Nature of Service
- Dealmatee is only a marketplace platform.
- We do not own, buy, or sell vehicles directly.
- We do not guarantee accuracy of listings.
- Transactions are solely between Buyers and Sellers.
8. Pricing, Payments & Refunds
- Browsing and basic usage may be free.
- Premium features or listings may require payment.
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
9. Vehicle Verification Disclaimer
While Dealmatee may offer document verification features, we do not guarantee the authenticity,
legality, or condition of any vehicle. Users must independently verify all information before completing a
transaction.
10. Intellectual Property
- All platform content belongs to Dealmatee or its licensors.
- You may not copy or use content without permission.
11. User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of your content.
- You grant Dealmatee permission to use it for platform operation and promotion.
- You confirm your content is lawful and accurate.
12. Third-Party Services
The App may include links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, vehicle quality, or successful transactions.
14. Limitation of Liability
Dealmatee shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) in the last 6 months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Dealmatee against claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your content
- Violation of these Terms
16. Account Termination
- You may delete your account anytime.
- We may suspend accounts for violations.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
18. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved under Indian law through arbitration.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
20. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain effective.
